Veterinary Summer Camps
in the Houston, TX Area
Does your child dream of becoming a veterinarian or working with animals? At Club SciKidz Houston, our Veterinary Summer Camps give aspiring animal lovers a hands-on introduction to animal science, medicine, and care.
Emergency Vet and Jr. Veterinary Medicine Camps
In our Jr. Veterinary Medicine camp, campers learn the basics of pet care, animal health, and common veterinary tools through interactive, age-appropriate activities. They’ll explore how veterinarians examine animals, identify issues, and help keep pets healthy.
For older campers in Emergency Vet, we take a deeper dive into veterinary medicine. Topics include animal anatomy, surgical techniques using models, disease prevention, and even introductory dissection labs. Campers gain a more realistic understanding of what it takes to care for animals in a clinical setting.
Inspire a Future in Animal Care
Our veterinary camps offer Houston-area kids a unique opportunity to explore careers in animal science in a fun, supportive environment. Through hands-on labs, role-playing, and guided instruction, campers build skills while developing a deeper appreciation for animal care.
